Beginning as a "what if"?, conversation between a piano student and her teacher in 2004, the nucleus of an idea became a reality with incorporation of PAFOP and receipt of a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status in 2005.

The inaugural, fund-raising performance took place on March 5, 2006 at the Mill at Fine Creek and featured the Shanghai Quartet. The successful event left the crowd crying out for more. So with your help, we are on our way.
